Time for a change – The Naughty Dietitian!

Just under 2 years ago I created Inspired By Boo.

It started off as a space to share all things that inspired me but quickly turned into a space to share my love for baking and food in general.

I have been so grateful for all the followers and support I’ve received so far. Now I excitingly invite you to continue to read (or begin reading) my blog posts at my new site – thenaughtydietitian.com.

The Naughty Dietitian will continue to provide the same style of food that I shared here with you at Inspired By Boo. I have transferred all my previous recipes to my new blog for your viewing pleasure, but now I’m highlighting that I am indeed a Dietitian. Hey, Dietitians are allowed to have a treat too here and there….

So if you have loved reading or baking the treats I have shared with you at Inspired By Boo so far, please feel free to head over to my new site to continue the journey.

Cacao Brownies (Gluten Free)


Not sure about you, but I tend to crave healthy treats after all the Christmas and New Year festivities. I guess a few too many pieces of Christmas pudding, Christmas cake and a handful of cocktails will do that to you.

These cacao brownies are definitely in the healthy category, but are jam packed full of flavour. Added bonus — they don’t require any baking!

Perfect for when you’re craving something sweet.

2014 in Review

2014 brought a lot of joy and few new challenges my way.

I got married and went on a trip of a lifetime to Canada and the U.S. Found my place in a new work environment. Continued to build on old and new friendships. Said goodbye to my precious Nan and attempted to bake a few new treats here and there on Inspired By Boo.

Whilst I must admit I found it challenging to put aside the time to blog, my love for baking and blogging about it still remains, even if it’s only for my benefit.

So with that being said, I thought I would share a few of my top posts for 2014.

Banana Bread with Raspberries & Pistachios (Gluten Free)


Lately there’s been an abundance of ripe bananas in my house. I’m fussy though and will only eat them if they’re just beginning to ripen!

So instead of throwing them out I usually make this banana bread or banana and raspberry muffins I posted a while back.

I normally make this banana bread plain but this time around I decided to include some left over pistachios and frozen raspberries I had in the kitchen.
